I gave it a try, but I didn’t notice any real difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just kind of felt like nothing changed.....

Ordered from clarinsusa.com a few times. Shipping’s been solid. Tracking worked fine. Package showed up on time. Everything was packed well too. No leaks, nothing broken. Easy experience. I like that.

I reached out to Clarins customer service twice about my order, it just put me in a bad mood. The first reply took several days, and when it finally came in, it didn’t even answer the question I had asked.

I sent another message and ended up waiting all over again with no real help. I get that delays happen, but feeling brushed off by a big brand is frustrating, and it definitely makes me hesitant to order from clarinsusa.com again.

The cream has a really nice smooth texture and it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, which I like. I just wish the scent wasn’t so strong. I felt kind of trapped with it lingering around after I put it on, so I’m taking off one star for that.

The return process itself was simple, which I appreciated. I do usually expect refunds to come through a bit faster, though, so the wait felt longer than it should have. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little slower than my personal standard...

I wasn’t super impressed with the ingredients, honestly. They just felt kind of cheap to me, haha. Not the worst, but I expected a little better.

The moisturizer was the biggest win for me because it didn’t sting, make me redder, or cause breakouts, which is usually my main concern. I did try one serum that felt a bit too fragranced for my taste, so I ended up putting that one aside.
Shipping was fine, though not especially quick. I’d still order again because the products I liked felt gentle and reliable for my skin, but I do wish they had more fragrance-free options

Some of the creams run out quickly, and I haven’t seen enough of a difference to make the price feel worth it. Shipping and promos are decent once in a while, which I appreciate, but overall it just feels overpriced for what it is

It smells fine, like nothing bad or too strong, but it fades quick on me tbh. I wanted to like it more, but idk it just doesnt stick around long enogh.
